We have implemented numerous external connections into Syspro using DCOM and Web Services. The various BO we are using are SORQRY, INVQAT, INVQRY, and PORTOI. I am not an IIS expert but it seems there is opportunity within IIS to optimize the performance and control the data stream. Every once in a while we notice the response from Web Services can take up to 30-45 seconds which causes timeout, which is not acceptable for our applications. The GUID remains valid after the timeout. Has anyone seen this issue before and how did you resolve it?
